What Exactly Does the VP Do?

McCain's pick actually asks that. Now if you were interviewing somebody for a job and they busted out with that line, would you hire them?

HUH?! WHAT?! WWWWWHAT? WWWWWHAT?

Totally baffled and caught off guard with McCain's choice of Sarah Palin for VP. I read a lot of political blogs and NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY, saw this coming. Not even a mention of this woman. The obvious ploy here is to get women's votes but I don't think it's going won't work because when it comes down to it McCain and Palin are mostly against all the issues important to most women - the obvious one being anti-abortion. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Total curveball here that I think caught just about everybody by surprise.
