Who Let the Media Out! WOOF WOOF!

Looks like the gloves are coming off even in the media. Maybe they got offended that the McCain camp basically called them "mean" and that he wasn't going to talk to "mean people". He used to give access to any member of the media on the "No Talk Express" but he stopped that practice about 2 months ago when he started inserting his $500 loafers in his mouth too much. And now they hide Sarah Palin while she openly tells lies on the campaign trail and tell the media to basically *uck off until they show her "respect and deferrence" (actual quote). So now comes this article going after Cindy McCain for her drug addiction and the strings that John McCain pulled for her to get her out of trouble. It was originally going to be in the Washington Post but the story now mysteriously appeared on another new website. Maybe the pro-Republican WaPo didn't want to take TOO much credit for it but wanted it to be out nonetheless. It's the Washington Post too which is no sweetheart to Democrats. Saaaaaaweet!

It seems like McCain always gets a media pass on his multiple screw up's while Obama gets screwed for any little verb tense he messes up. McCain, when challenged though, seems to always throw out the "Hey, I'm a POW card". Here's a funny little card to that effect was created by somebody over at Daily Kos:

Lies, More Lies and More Lies!

Jerome Corsi, author of a totally bogus and discredited book about about John Kerry "Unfit for Command", has just come out with a book called "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality" which is full of re-hashed internet rumors and other falsehoods subtly peddled by the main stream media. The shocking thing about this piece of FICTION is that it is at the top of the New York Times Bestseller List. This is of course is not surprising since anything as sensationally inflammatory about a candidate is bound to sell a lot of books. Or...is it (see right)? There are plenty of books that are NON-FICTION about McCain that have come out that have received zero media attention. In fact, I am told that this book is a pretty lengthy and factually accurate depiction of McCain's many lies flip flops, his closeness with Bush, the affairs he's had, how he ditched his handicapped wife and left her to anonymity, The Keating Five scandal (surprised why this never comes up), amongst many other things that things you have don't to make up from spooling the internet and reading KKK newletter's. It should be the media's job to report on FACTS, not rumors, and there are plenty of facts about John McCain that should make him uncomfortable. Why authors that peddle lies and why these lies get air is beyond me? Anyways, I'm not really worried about this book. It will simply give more fodder for people that were going to vote for McCain anyways and the truth is that anybody that can actually read is probably voting for Obama anyways.
